Syd Kemp, The Horror (Little League Record)
“Full of slacker jangles comparable to Captured Track’s Mac DeMarco and Alex Calder, it’s an oozing dream” – NME
Courtney Barnett, The Double EP: A Sea of Split Peas (Kissability)
Courtney’s excellent double EP gets a re-release on cassette for the day. Limited to 100 copies.
Prides ft. Lauren Aquilina, Strong Enough (Kissability)
Fresh from playing the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony and Reading and Leeds this is a tape only release of Prides’ duet with Lauren Aquilina. Limited to 100 copies.

Fair Ohs, Everything is Dancing / Jungle Cats (Suplex Cassettes)
Combining the first two albums from London’s Fair Ohs onto one lovely cassette. From their early jangly world music loving post punk to their desert psych, sax weidling jams!
Keel Her / Warmhammer, Split (Suplex Cassettes)
Split cassette from Keel Her and WarmHammer, 3 songs from each band. Keel Her returns after her amazing LP on Critical Heights with 3 new gems that continue her winning streak of lo-fi punk stories. WarmHammer features the handsome boys and girls that have brought you Tye Die Tapes, Collider and even a member of Keel Her’s band! 90’s indie rock with the sweetest harmonies in town.
The Homosexuals, Astral Glamour (Suplex Cassettes)
The triple-Cassette Astral Glamour clocks in at a whopping 81 tracks, and documents every salvageable mote of music The Homosexuals committed to tape or vinyl from 1977 to 1984. Most of the first tape’s songs appeared on the posthumous 1984 Homosexuals LP and The Homosexuals’ CD reissue. The second and third tapes are brimming with tracks restored from decaying LPs and an ultra-rare tape of which 10 known copies exist, plus demos, singles, unreleased tracks and alternate versions unavailable anywhere else. Astral Glamour might be the collection by which the best punk band that no one heard finally get their due. The Homosexuals epitomize the British post-punk style of the late ’70s (why didn’t Rough Trade pick this up?), combining the brainy word collages and winding guitars of Scritti Politti with the manic energy and bizarre flourishes of The Pop Group.
UV Race, Greatest Hits (Suplex Cassettes)
After 3 killer albums (two on In The Red Records) and a batch of amazing 7″s, Suplex are beyond psyched to be releasing acollection of these 7″s on one tape for simplicity of listening. The best punk band from Australia?
These New Puritans, TNP: Expanded (Live at The Barbican Centre) (Infectious Music)
Guided By Voices, Tape bundle
Guided By Voices, Bad Paintings

The HLT Plan was born in 2002, one of the first official digital compilations on the world wide web, all artworks are made from internazional artists in the way of everybody can make it’s own cd, during years the best independent artists joined us. This is the 20th Step and we decided to make a 200 copies Cassette release, cause we think the cassette is the best physical support for a compilation…
Soft Walls, No Time (FAUX DISCX)
In addition to running Faux Discx and playing in the band Cold Pumas, Dan Reeves also finds time to record songs all by his lonesome under the moniker ‘Soft Walls’. After recording and releasing the eponymous The Soft Walls album in 2012, Reeves set to work again, this time with a borrowed 8-track and a vision of composing a suite of thematically interlaced tunes, resulting in his follow up album, No Time.
Critically acclaimed by the likes of NME, DrownedinSound, The Times and Uncut, No Time’s ten songs are meditations on the passing of time itself and the preconceived notions (both external and internal) of what you can and should be doing with it.

Dan Griffin, Bordertown EP (POST/POP RECORDS)
Windsor, Ontario-based musician Dan Griffin Bordertown EP contains a song about the strange phenomenon, called “the Windsor hum”, which is the low frequency noise that has been driving locals crazy for years. Exclusive to POST/POP records
M&O, Almost/The Joy (Double Album) (POST/POP RECORDS)
This cassette-only album is made up of both albums from Chicago duo M&O. Jamila Woods (“Milo”-vocals, loop pedal, poetry) and Owen Hill (“Otis” – bass guitar, imagination, production) are the two behind this earthy sound, which harks back to the heyday of R&B with a blend of what can only be labeled “Adventure Soul.” Featuring special guests including Chance The Rapper.
?!?!, Secret Tape from Domino records (Domino)
White Lung, Deep Fantasy (Domino)
Deep Fantasy is their third full length and proves White Lung to be every bit as confrontational as before, but it appears that Vancouver’s hard hitting rock n’ roll outfit have opened their sound up just enough to draw listeners in. “It’s the rich sonic textures, the melody amongst the thrashing and the genuinely DIY spirit of the band that elevates them beyond the others”– Loud & Quiet
“Twenty seven minutes of searing punk rock, blistering guitars, brilliant singing, incredible drumming… punk as fuck” 8/10 – The Line of Best Fit
“What has been unearthed here is of staggering vitality” 8/10 – Drowned in Sound
V/A, Jam Kids: 20 Years since Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain (Art is Hard Records)

3eme Sexe, BEAT Vol.01-04 (3eme Sexe Media)
4 Cassette tapes / 29 original tracks / 104 minutes (8X13) of playing time / All music by 3EME SEXE – packed in a very delicate BOX. 3EME SEXE (troisième sexe) is a Francophile anarchic bastard cloning of Stereo Total, Serge Gainsbourg, Clint Eastwood and Quentin Tarantino. Rock ’n’ roll and electro clash, with a vibrant and ultra sexy strangely hypnotic retrospective sound and feel, all performed by a very hip and chic ART/MUSIC PROJECT located in COPENHAGEN; DK. The creative mind behind 3EME SEXE is musician, composer, producer JUSTIN SCHOENING in hot constellation with CHRISTELLE PARIS. The songs are rhythmic and even a few.. ultimately danceable .. but
the melodies and/or spoken segments do not follow the traditional
patterns heard in modern pop. Instead, these compositions come off like
peculiar stream-of-consciousness pieces in which plenty of improvisation
occurs. The songs feature words/lyrics that are sometimes
delivered in English, sometimes in French, and sometimes in German
(depending on which language fits a particular track)… nusual and
ultimately effective … Dirty, festive and charming!! TOP PICK !
… et bien plus encore !
