Bruna Lucchesi is known for being a singer who’s performances are intense. Passionate about Brazilian and world music, she is eternally curious for the expressive potential of the voice as an intimate musical instrument. In 2016, the singer released the album YANAY, a project that won the IBERMUSICAS prize for an international tour in 2017.
Over two months the band performed in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Currently, Bruna has one of the most active voices in the musical scene of Curitiba (PR), hometown to where she recently returned after 6 years of musical studies in the prestigious Unicamp (São Paulo) and Berklee College of Music (Valencia Campus).
Currently, Bruna collaborates with several artists to exchange experiences and transgress aesthetic-musical models, building a particular sonority in her projects. This winter she will bring some warm Brazilian stories to tell through music. From traditional composers such as Dorival Caymmi and his fishermen from Bahia, to the eternal master Tom Jobim, and more.
