This is the first-ever release of the soundtrack to Massimo Pirri’s 1977 film, which explores the controversial and then very current topic of left-wing armed struggle in Italy. By combining dark and haunting jazz-funk with ambient atmospheres and suspenseful electronic sounds, Lallo Gori creates a brilliant score that ends up sounding like an instrumental proto-hip hop record where Moog synths and drums take the lead.
