It chronicles the period 1987-1993 when Ned managed the CBGB Record Canteen, then worked at Caroline Records founding the Primo Scree label before leaving to play in the Action Swingers full-time until their ultimate demise. In between, Ned encounters a who’s who of the underground grunge scene on both sides of the Atlantic. ‘Scene Loser’ is presented as a 105-page perfect bound softcover book.
